great ambiance, f&b prices same with other beach clubs, pool is big so not as packed as other beach clubs. service was great and friendly drinks were great and refreshing, food also tasted good but lack of basic choices such as pasta, fried rice, etc. the standout feature to me is that they provide a praying room (though small but air conditioned and have its own ablution space), this is a first for me as none of the other beach clubs I've been to thought of this. I was going to give 4* due to lack of food options, but the prayer room more than made up for it

I went there on November 2021 with my colleagues. The place was so great, nice view, it has relaxing vibes with live DJ music on the background. No professional camera was allowed. The waitress were nice and spry. The menu choices for food are great but limited, especially for Indonesian options. My favorite menu here was Vietnamese Summer Rolls, it was so tasty, but too bad the size was tiny. The vegan/vegetarian menus were limited. Overall it was good place. The downside is just about the no-take-away policy. It’s just so unfortunate that a lot of food might be wasted if people don’t know about this policy in advance or if people aren’t mindful about this issue.

Nice place, nice vibes, nice music, no doubt! Foods are also nice. Pricey menus, but worth it considering the place & vibes. Really crowded, that makes it not so nice yo chill & enjoy the place. Front office staffs especially the supervisor, are arrogant. They think people will keep coming with that kind of attitude..

Doesn’t live up to its namesake. The venue has great potential, but as a destination there are better venues close by. The food and beverage prices were insanely high and the service did not match. The music from 5pm became top 40 pop not the cafe del mar club/lounge style you would expect. The bathrooms were uninspired and in need of a coat of paint.

Been here twice. I generally enjoy beach and day clubs a lot but Cafe del Mar seems overly eager to be "luxurious" but have no actual service to match it. Restaurant was only 50% occupied, we were there with a group of 16pax. Impression was place was generally understaffed because even at low occupancy the service was terrible. Order took long time to take down. We ordered several bottles of wine and champagne which took more than 30mins to be served, some starters were already out waiting for the drinks. Main course was priced according to expectations but generally poorly cooked. Fish (snapper/sea bass) were very overcooked. When raised concern about this, no compensation whatsoever was offered. Seemed staff was untrained and no manager was on site. Very poor experience, will never come back
