Short and wide stream of water makes it popular for wedding ceremonies and photoshoots. In general, waterfalls near Ubud can be a great beginning of your waterfall exploration journey. All of them are smaller in comparison to the big ones in the North, yet they are beautiful and it is much easier to walk down to them. 20.000 ($1.4)

Not a treacherous walk down, but you need to be careful. The waterfall is lovely. It had rained heavily in the last couple of days so the volume of the waterfall was heavy. Cool, not cold water and you can walk out a fair way. Great to get close to the where the water hits the pool.

Lovely waterfall and natural pool to go for a swim. Enjoy chilling in the pool all the while ruining photos for others. There's an improvised changing cabin on the site. The entrance is 20k. Mentionworthy beautiful small road leading to the parking spot.

March 2022: The waterfall itself is nice in a secluded valley in the forest. But it's not that spectacular and the surroundings were quite dirty. Apparently there was a small hut with a toilette earlier, but a flood destroyed it and all the parts are just lying around in the creek and on land. Looks not very inviting. Maybe cleanup the place if you charge money for it?!

one of easiest waterfall to reach by foot after reaching the spot. Covered by on three sides , the water was a little muddy when I went there. But it is very inviting, there are refreshments available on the way to the waterfall, people are helpful in directing you and also coming along till you reach the fall(my experience)

There are many waterfalls around Ubud but this one is brilliant and worth a detour. A small entry fee of IDR15k. A fair amount of steps on the path down to the lagoon and the waterfall. You can swim in the lagoon and the water is cooling. Reward yourself for the climb back up with a coffee or juice in the cafe at the entrance (see separate post)
