Disappointed with Lack of Flexibility & Customer ServiceWe booked a stay at this property and, unfortunately, due to our cat experiencing a relapse of FIP disease, we needed to reschedule. We informed the host 23 days in advance, well within what should be a reasonable timeframe for any change requests. At the time, the fee difference to shift our stay to December was only around AED 80 according to Airbnb’s system, so we felt confident that the change request would be accommodated.However, the host declined our request outright, leaving us in a difficult position. Despite giving ample notice, they still plan to charge us AED 1300 for the cancellation. Given the unfortunate circumstances and the fact that we acted in good time, this feels like a rigid and unfair policy.We’ve loved our experiences in Bali in the past, but this has left a sour note. We hope the host reconsiders and resolves this matter in a fairer manner. We wanted to avoid this situation and stay at this beautiful location, but their lack of flexibility and compassion has caused unnecessary stress.

While the property is even more amazing than the pictures show, the true star is Miyasa and his staff. They were always a message away and they could not have been any better. Miyasa was able to arrange pickup from the port, a full day tour of the island, and even an early morning ride down to Diamond Beach to see the sunrise. The property has everything you need to be comfortable and views that you'll never quite be able to capture on camera. We spent two weeks at some amazing resorts and villas in Bali, but the two nights we spent here were the highlight of our trip. Thanks to Miyasa and your team on making our time at your property one we will always remember. We hope we can return soon.

My husband booked this for our first anniversary and trust me it’s a great experience. We payed extra and their staff pick us from the port . It was about 40 minutes away by car. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. If you want to see the nature closely visit this property and you will experience the beauty . We would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I booked this months in advance on Air B & B before we arrived to Nusa Penida, and it was such a beautiful experience. We arranged (for an additional cost) to have the staff pick us up from the port. We had to pay a port tax when we arrived—just a heads up! It was about 40 minutes away by car. This island seemed to be full of more cars with drivers than people on scooters. The views were beautiful at the glamping spot. We had tons of water, which we loved as it was super hot. If you have the opportunity to do this, then do it! It was a very unique and cool experience. If you are not a fan of the outdoors and nature then I do not recommend this for you. Our host was friendly and great with communication. They will deliver dinner (for an additional cost), which was delicious. Breakfast was included with our stay, and was also delicious. They will also tour you around the island, should you want to see all the attractions!

I don’t even know where to begin, I have never in my life stayed somewhere so beautiful inside and out. The view was breathtaking and the bungalow itself was quirky, peaceful and beautiful. The staff were fantastic and went to special effort of making us early breakfast as we were going diving that day. I would highly recommend this place if you want a totally unique experience with a priceless view. I will say it isn’t the easiest place to get too and it’s in the jungle so we had visitors such as monkeys and other insects but it was fun to see the monkeys and the journey was 100% worth it. Thank you so much to the staff for making this stay one we will never forget! We definitely will be back!!
