a month agoI love coming here for hair services & more. I’ve had my hair cut twice by Teguh and always feel great afterwards! I’ve also had a facial, massage, hair treatment, and foot spa here - all were awesome! Their therapists and stylists are well trained and the ambiance is beautiful. I’ve tried a lot of places and it’s one of my favourite spas in Bali!Besides hair treatments, I loved the foot spa. It’s so indulgent and relaxing!

a month agoRina was my hair stylist, she did an amazing job! She even went out of her way to do extra for me to make sure she did the best job! I would highly recommend Rina & going to this place. It’s affordable but also really good and experienced. I love my new hair!

3 months agoI had the most relaxing time at The Shampoo Lounge and I will definitely be coming back on my next trip. I was first looked after by Markus who took care of me during my hair wash and Argan Oil treatment. He was wonderful and gave the best neck and shoulder massage I have ever had. My haircut was then taken care of by Arie would understood what I wanted perfectly. I left with my hair feeling and looking better than it has in years. Wish I lived in Bali so I could visit the team at The Shampoo Lounge all the time.

2 months agoThe shampoo lounge is definitely a 5 star salon, with fantastic customer service and great time efficiency. I went in for a hair treatment and gel manicure. For the nails, Yuli's work is meticulous with very high attention to detail, very happy. Concurrently my hair was being washed and treated by Benny who is absolutely lovely, and had a great bonus massage whilst my hair was being treated. Probably the best salon I have ever been to. Very happy!

3 months agoI've been coming here since before COVID and continue to do so. It's always a pleasure to meet the receptionist with glasses.. I'm sorry I forgot her name! I recommend the following treatments: body massage with Maria, manicure and pedicure, and all hair services with Dean.I've had a body massage, manicure, pedicure, haircut, and hair styling done here.No one in Bali can do my hair cut as well as dean 💕Even my partner gets his haircut at the barbershop and loves it every time.The atmosphere is great, and I always feel welcome!
