2 weeks agoGary gave me the best haircut and style I’ve ever had and I’ve honestly never loved my hair more! I also got a moisturizing hair treatment and wash, which included a very nice head, neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage. My husband received the ‘Bali Millionaire’ upstairs at the barber and enjoyed his time as well. We spent about 2 hours enjoying and pampering ourselves. Will definitely be coming back!

2 months agoI came here for a pamper session, and Shampoo Lounge apparently has a huge range of treatments. I had a foot spa with Dewi, an argan hair treatment with Maria, and a hair styling with Ketut. They all had done amazing job and I was so satisfied. Thank you for making my day Shampoo Lounge team (Maria, Dewi, Ketut)! Would definitely come back ❤️

6 months agoBelated review. We found this place by happy accident, and we were very impressed. The head massages were out of this world. Wish we had something like this back home in Australia. Amazing service from the ladies there and they have a separate area for men and women; so everyone can relax! Lol This business has a few franchise businesses around and it’s easy to tell why it’s successful. They have a great business model, service is good and their service menu is extensive. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

a month ago“We tried the rest, then went with the best” 👩🦰. My husband and I had two hours of pampering: one hour hair repair treatment for dry hair, which included , neck and shoulder massage, then a cut, and style blow dry, about 50 AUD. My husband had the same, plus shave 9 AUD. Thankyou. Yuki and Kiki, for looking after my husband and I.They are better than anyone I’ve ever been to, in Australia. We Will be back.

6 months agoThe lady who did my nails was very nice but it was clear that she was not very skilled. I showed her what I wanted which was a two coloured french gel nail. She said she was going to try which she did but it did not turn out very great. The french is very uneven and the gel is not leveled well. You can see a lot of bumps. Also she flooded my cuticles on a view fingers and she had to file that away. I’d say there is way better places to get your nails done. I hope they improve on their nail knowledge because they were all very friendly. Just clearly not proper nail techs. I will fix them myself when I get back home. Price was good however cheaper than another place I went to in Bali. However they did do a much nicer job.
