We stayed in the new Snail House and loved the total privacy and how immersed the house is in the jungle.The new restaurant is a great dining option in Sidemen, with a range of local and foreign menu items!Veluvana is the perfect option for a relaxing stay in Sidemen.

The accommodations were both cozy and visually stunning, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.The meals served at the hotel were outstanding, featuring a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. We spent one night in the new Snail House and another night in the Octopus House, and both stays were absolutely magical.The Snail House is a unique and beautifully designed bamboo structure that offers 3 small pools. The attention to detail in the design and the stunning views of the surrounding rice terraces made our stay here truly special. The open-air layout allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of Sidemen while enjoying all the modern comforts we needed.The Octopus House was equally impressive, with its spacious and luxurious layout and the rooftop pool. The panoramic views of Mount Agung and the lush landscape were breathtaking. The house itself is a masterpiece of bamboo architecture, blending seamlessly with the natural environment. We loved waking up to the sounds of nature and relaxing in the cozy living spaces.Both houses provided an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of Bali’s more touristy areas. The staff at Veluvana were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and memorable. Sidemen is such a hidden gem with its peaceful atmosphere and rich cultural experiences, and staying at Veluvana allowed us to fully appreciate this beautiful part of Bali.Overall, our stay at Veluvana Bali was unforgettable, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and serene retreat in Bali. 2 months agoIf I could rate it 10 stars, I would! We had the most incredible time staying in the Octopus house. Service is incredible and the food delivered to your room is delicious!You communicate with the staff via WhatsApp anytime you need anything and they are so helpful!Of course you are staying in a house without walls, so be prepared to sleep with the sounds of nature - if you are worried, just pack ear plugs and you will have a great time. So worth it to wake up at sunrise to the view of Mount Agung.

a month agoIt is a really unique stay. We stayed in the snail room and it felt really private. The food is amazing (favourite is definitely the mahi mahi). Would love to stay here again. Do know that there are lot of bugs (they have free mosquito repellent) since you are in nature, but that is definitely part of this experience 🤗
