in the last weekI had a great stay at Veluvana Bamboo Houses in the Snail House. The spinning bed was unique, the three pools were relaxing, and the hospitality was excellent. Food was also delicious! Would def come back and stay at the other amazing bamboo houses.

3 weeks agoWe came here for our honeymoon and everything was perfect! Of course you will sleep in an open house and you hear and see the animals, but this is part of the experience and I think the people who book this villa should be aware of this. Still we didn’t feel unsafe at any point in time and really enjoyed our stay. Everybody who works there is so friendly and they always answer super fast and try to help the best way possible. The food we tried was amazing and whenever we wanted to go somewhere someone was driving us. Even at 4 am in the morning. Thank you so much for the nice time and we would definitely recommend Veluvana for everybody who wants to have this special experience!

2 months agoExcellent villa with great service. I booked the romantic dinner with my wife and the prawn dish was amazing!! As for breakfast, I had the omelette which was very nice and my wife had the fried rice also quite nice! The staff are very nice and very punctual 👍 we stayed at the owl house and mosquitoes were not a problem for us (the villa has mosquito repellent and mosquito lamp). Overall a great experience!

The location of the hotel is simply stunning - surrounded by tropical beauty and overlooking the rice fields.We enjoyed every moment of our stay and can highly recommend the Veluvana- definitely one of the best Bamboo houses in Bali!

a month agoFrom the moment we arrived, we were horrified by the location: there is absolutely nothing around, it's a complete desert. The photos on the site are a TOTAL SCAM, they do not reflect reality at all. Everything is open and exposed to the elements, with no privacy whatsoever. The sheets were damp and disgusting, and there was only a MISERABLE mosquito net to try to protect us. The food was absolutely inedible. After 8 PM, the staff completely disappears, leaving us with no security at all. There is constant overlooking, and we could hear everything the neighbors were saying. A terrifying experience and a TOTAL RIP-OFF, to be avoided at all costs!
